Cerussite

PbCO3

Nitrates, carbonates, borates (lead carbonate).
Appearance: Colorless or white crystals, are often tabular, can be acicular. Rare fibric, stalactitic even earthy masses. Color can even be greyish.
Hardness: 3 - 4
SG: 6,4 - 6,6
Transparent or translucent with adamantine luster.
Crystal system: Orthorhombic.
Environment: Forms in the oxidized zone in mineral vains of lead deposits produced by chemical alteration of galena through the actions of water rich in carbonic acid. Are associated with primary minrerals as galena and sphalerite and have secondary minerals like anglesite, smithsonite, pyromorphite and goethite.
