What exactly is copyrighted in a picture that is digital and placed on the Internet? How can we identify it as copyrighted? and
when does it seizes to be copyrighted by one holder and instead be copyrighted by an other holder? for example by manipulation,
when is a picture manipulated to such degree that it is no longer the picture that is copyrighted by one holder any more? is it
then possible to copyright the manipulated picture to shut out the first holder of this picture?
Derivated material, when is information derivated? when is it not? can I be comitting an infregement of any kind by talking here
at all? Is the copyright by itself a copyrighted material?
Transportation of copyrighted material, who exactly does transport an electronical information? is the act of transporting information,
copyrighted or not, illegal, or is only the transporting of copyrighted information illegal?
Is it illegal to have copyrighted material on a hard drive in any computer? When does it become illegal and who does the illegal act?
Spreading of copyrighted material, Who spread a copyrighted material when it is feteched from one computer and stored on an other?
Who exactly does the illegal act, and what exactly is the illegal act composed of?
Is it possible that the one that are fetching the copyrighted material is conducting an illegal act?, if so where is this act comitted?
In what countries juristiction should it be handled?
Copyrighted Information, is it possible to copyright information? if so, then all the Internet is illegal by that law!! When does information become copyrighted material? and when does the extent of the copyright sieze to be of said copyrighted material that was information?
